More than 15 years in, that clarity is our advantage.

Meat & Bread opened its first location in Vancouver’s historic Gastown in 2010. From day one, the experience was straightforward and energetic. An open kitchen, a focused menu of high-quality items, and food served for guest to eat in or take away. Guests can watch porchetta being freshly carved and sandwiches built to order, right in front of them.

Rooted in great hospitality and honest cooking, Meat & Bread is a go to lunch spot then and still is today. Simple food, done properly, served fast.

Meat & Bread is looking to expand into key urban areas through out Canada. We look for dense lunch time population locations that allow us to maximize our key business day part. We are currently accepting Franchise applications within select Canadian markets Reach out if you have the next great city for Meat & Bread.

The right location is critical for success. We look for high visibility locations in strong lunch traffic areas. Our equipment package can operate with a fully ventless system providing increased access to locations where traditional venting is not available.
